Our Team

Mary is familiar to our patients that saw Dr. Snodgrass in his Springfield office since she started working with him in 2000.  When Mary is not doing her "magic" that keeps our office running smoothly, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She also enjoys gardening and riding horses.

What would you like to tell a new patient about Our Dental Home? 

"Our Dental Home is very comfortable, homey, and pleasant---not a typical dental office.  It's a very relaxed, worry-free environment for our patients.  It is fun to see their confidence in our team build with each visit."

What do you enjoy most about being part of the team? 

"Our caring staff.  Everyone here really cares about the patients.  It is great to work in an environment like this."   

Destiny has lived in Marshfield most of her life.  She and her husband, Clint, have a son, Colton, and daughter, Reagan.  They live on a "hobby farm" where they enjoy their cow and chickens.  In her spare time, Destiny enjoys reading and photography.  (In fact, she took the individual "portrait" pictures shown on this page.)  Destiny also enjoys trips to Colorado and camping.

What would you like to tell a new patient about Our Dental Home? 

"The office is nice and is relaxing.  Dr. Snodgrass takes time with his patients and treats them like friends."

What do you enjoy most about being part of the team? 

"I enjoy the country setting and the home-like atmosphere.  I really like all the other team members!  Everyone is great to work with."   

Dental Hygienist:

Nicole has been in the dental field since 2003, first as a certified dental assistant and later as a dental hygienist.  She is happily married to her husband, John, and they have two dogs, Bentley and Louie.  We have many patients comment on Nicole's thorough but very gentle cleanings.

What would you like to tell a new patient about Our Dental Home? 

"Our Dental Home offers a variety of treatment options and our patients love the convenience and satisfaction of having their dental needs met in one location."

What do you enjoy most about being part of the team? 

"Through our competence and desire, we establish quality, honesty, and long-term relationships with our patients."

Jenny moved to Missouri after she graduated with her Dental Hygiene degree.  She is from Michigan.  "I enjoy living in a new place and discovering the differences."  We have many patients tell us, "Please make sure I get Jenny again for my next appointment!"  She is well liked and we get many compliments about her work.

What would you like to tell a new patient about Our Dental Home? 

"Our Dental Home has a great reputation for patient and staff relationships.  We are happy to see patients return and get to know them on a one-to-one basis.  We also are very dedicated to providing quality care to our patients."

What do you enjoy most about being part of the team? 

"I feel very comfortable being part of this team.  My co-workers were very welcoming when I first started and they are like my second family now."   

Dental Assistant:

Lydia has lived in Marshfield her whole life.  She has been part of the team at Our Dental Home since graduating from the OTC Dental Assisting Program in 2009.  She has earned Expanded Function Certification in Crown and Bridge, Restorative Dentistry, and Orthodontics.  "I enjoy riding horses, fishing, four wheelers, and hunting."

What would you like to tell a new patient about Our Dental Home? 

"Your experience here will be different than any other dental office.  Our Dental Home is a very good experience for all ages, and you will enjoy the "homey" feeling from the moment you step through our front door."

What do you enjoy most about being part of the team? 

"We are all like family.  Everyone enjoys the job they do.  We all get along well and have fun while enjoying the challenges that Dr. Snodgrass gives us."

Dental Assistant:

Jillian is familiar to our patients that knew Dr. Snodgrass in his Springfield office since she graduated from the Dental Assisting program in 2002 and started working with him then.  She also has earned Expanded Function Certification in Crown and Bridge.  "I try to live my life loving and appreciating every moment as a way to connect, learn, and enjoy all experiences.  I'm married to my high school sweetheart and we share a brilliant son together.  I love music and artistic expression in many forms and live a very spiritually devoted life.  I love to help people in any way, so working here is very rewarding, offering me a way to assist patients."

"The essence of this office is very nurturing to the patient's needs, and we strive to make each experience of coming to the dental office positive for everyone.  Our services are always catered to the patient first."

What do you enjoy most about being part of the team? 

"Working as a whole functioning team is what I enjoy the most.  Our teamwork in providing the best dental care for every patient is exceptional.  My co-workers and I support each other harmoniously."
